Biography

Dr. Lisa Clarke joined Laverty in 2022 as a clinical and laboratory Haematologist and Transfusion medicine specialist who holds dual fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and the Royal College of Pathologists Australasia. She graduated from the University of Queensland in 2007 and completed a Master of Clinical Epidemiology in 2018. She currently works as a clinical Haematologist at Sydney Adventist and Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospitals and a Transfusion medicine Specialist with the Australian Red Cross Lifeblood.

Dr. Clarke has been published in the areas of iron deficiency, inherited bleeding disorders, Obstetric Haematology and Transfusion medicine. She is a member of the Haematology in Obstetric and Women’s health Collaborative steering committee, the National Blood Transfusion Committee and the Clinical Transfusion Practice Committee of the Australian & New Zealand Society of Blood Transfusion.
