How to request a receipt?

Itemised receipts are issued only after all testing is complete and results are sent to your doctor. You can use this receipt to claim eligible rebates from Medicare or your private health insurer.

Complete the form and select the correct Payment type before submitting:

  1. I received and paid an invoice: select this if you paid an invoice received via SMS/E-mail/Post and invoice has been paid in full.
  2. I prepaid at time of collection: select this if you paid upfront at a Collection Centre.

Receipts are usually available 3–5 days after your doctor receives the results, though timing may vary with test complexity.
