Biography

Dr Raed Simhair graduated from Medical School, Baghdad, Iraq (MBChB) in 1984. He was a lecturer in Microbiology, Al-Mustansiriyah Medical School, Baghdad, Iraq. And in 1996 Raed was the owner/operator of a private laboratory in Baghdad. Soon after he accepted a role as the head of the United Nations laboratory in Baghdad. In 2004, Raed was admitted to fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia. He joined LAV Pathology in 2012 as a Clinical Microbiologist. And in 2013, he was appointed Head of Microbiology Department, King Fahad Armed Forces Hospital, Jeddah, KSA. In 2015, Raed continued his role as Clinical Microbiologist at LAV Pathology.
